You have all the strength within you that you need to heal. My role is to help you understand
those strengths and guide you to broaden your skills and navigate challenges. I do that by
coming to sessions as my genuine self, which my clients describe as warm and supportive. I
strive to create a space where you can be heard and cared for without fear of judgment. A place
where you can just be yourself and work on what’s important to you.
As a relational therapist, I prioritize creating a strong relationship with you and letting you take
the lead in therapy. Together we’ll explore past experiences, navigate current stressors, and
enhance coping strategies for your growth and healing. My main goal is for your therapy journey
to be what you want and I will meet you where you are each step of the way. We’ll work toward
your unique goals and go at your pace.
