My Approach
Therapy is a space of connection and exploration. I encourage my clients to come as their authentic selves, and I work to do the same. Whether in-person or virtual, our sessions will be interactive. Although virtual sessions might include a meow from my cat Rajie, and maybe even a cameo.
I use structured goals to monitor the effectiveness of treatment and work with you to develop goals around your wants and needs. I use my training and experience, along with your strengths, to help you achieve your goals. During our work together, I'll use a variety of treatment methods based on your needs and how you respond to them over time.
