My Approach

I deeply value being able to witness my clients' growth toward self-improvement and better quality of life. However, I'm not a passive therapist. Sessions are interactive and filled with prompts to help expand your self-awareness, self-compassion and acceptance.

We'll collaborate to discover your strengths and develop a treatment plan that meets your needs. I'll draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational methods to support you in aligning your life with what's most important to you. We'll work together so that you can rise above the difficulties you're facing.
