Good supervision doesn’t have to feel clinical or rigid to be effective. Growth happens best in spaces that feel human, grounded and safe. Supervision with me often looks like a thoughtful conversation over morning coffee or a relaxed lunchtime check-in that still dives deep.
Whether you're a new clinician looking to build your foundation or an early-career therapist craving a space to reflect more deeply, I offer supervision that’s collaborative, relational and rooted in psychodynamic thinking.
As a New York State Certified Supervisor for MSW students and pre-license therapists, I provide supervision for both master’s-level interns and associate therapists. I draw on over a decade of experience and advanced training in transference-focused psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS and trauma-focused care to help clinicians deepen their understanding of clients, strengthen their skills and navigate the nuances of therapeutic work.
I’ll meet you where you are to help you build your confidence and grow as a therapist.
Boundary concerns can feel isolating—especially when they don’t have clear right-or-wrong answers. Whether it’s burnout, over-identification or a situation you’re unsure how to name, consultation can help you find your footing.
I bring an integrative lens rooted in psychodynamic, transference-focused therapy, trauma-informed and systems-based thinking. My goal is to help you deepen your understanding of the people you serve while staying connected to your own process.
